Meet Elsa
As a natural creative, owner and creative director, Elsa Jagniecki has cultivated a nuanced production company in designing experiential destination weddings and events across the southwest and beyond. Elsa’s distinctive aesthetic and approach to design can be described as artful, clean and natural that is always inspired by an “elevated organic” and “earthy luxury” style that feels intimate to each client. Elsa constantly draws inspiration from a wide range of art, fashion, interior design and landscape architecture. Elsa’s work has been featured in such publications as Vogue, Bride’s Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, Style Me Pretty, in numerous print editions of Rocky Mountain Bride and with other online platforms like The Friend Club and The Lane.
Elsa truly loves the process of getting to meet new clients and bringing their one of a kind vision to life for the ultimate party and experience. She is honored to have this opportunity to guide and support people in one of their most sacred moments and special life chapters.
When not working with clients and designing events and interiors, she is spending all possible free time with her family adventuring and exploring in nature, making art and building things, gardening and enjoying rebalancing through dance, barre and yoga. Lauren moved to Durango in 2023 from the Pacific Northwest, where she worked on weddings and events as a lead wedding planner. Lauren has executed over 100 events from coast to coast in various capacities working in destination areas of Portland, Oregon, Jackson, Wyoming and throughout Connecticut. Lauren excels in the areas of logistical planning, managing the various moving parts of timelines and vendor coordination. She comes to Heirlooms Design with a lot of experience from “behind the scenes” of the event industry; catering, banquet management and event sales and even bar management. Much like the rest of the team, Lauren is like a Swiss Army Knife - resourceful, calm under pressure and is a great problem solver. When Lauren is not overseeing logistics and coordinating timelines, she can be found in the back country hiking, biking and camping with her husband and dogs or leading and attending yoga classes.
