Heirlooms Design is a full-service event design, planning and production company. We specialize in curating comprehensive and one of a kind destination multi-day wedding weekends and experiential corporate events. We collaborate with highly recommended and vetted industry partners to craft and curate the most bespoke high touch wedding experiences in the southwest. 

Through thoughtful industry collaboration and honed curation, we specialize in hands-on creative direction and full service event design and production to help our clients create, host and share beautiful stories, intimate atmospheres and authentic experiences. We work with a select number of clients each year to provide the utmost attention to detail and create a personalized and fine-tuned planning process with each client. We are continuously refining and adding to our network of top notch and highly recommended industry partners we hand select and pair our clients with.

Our approach is rooted in a natural and clean aesthetic that aims to enhance and illuminate the individual style of our clients and the distinct character of the surrounding environment.

FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As a natural creative, owner and creative director, Elsa Jagniecki has cultivated a nuanced production company in designing experiential destination weddings and events across the southwest and beyond. Elsa’s distinctive aesthetic and approach to design can be described as artful, clean and natural that is always inspired by an “elevated organic” and “earthy luxury” style that feels intimate to each client. Elsa constantly draws inspiration from a wide range of art, fashion, interior design and landscape architecture. Elsa’s work has been featured in such publications as Vogue, Bride’s Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, Style Me Pretty, in numerous print editions of Rocky Mountain Bride and with other online publications. 

Elsa truly loves the process of getting to meet new clients and bringing their one of a kind vision to life for the ultimate party and experience. She is honored to have this opportunity to guide and support people in one of their most sacred moments and special life chapters. 

Elsa holds Master Degrees in Public Policy from University of Colorado - Denver and a MSc in Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden where she lived for a year traveling throughout Northern Europe - a true highlight in life. Her undergraduate degree is in Cultural Anthropology from Colorado State University where she met her husband Owen who she shares a little sweet family with and spends all possible free time making art, building things, adventuring, exploring and traveling.

Heirlooms Design builds a team for every event. Most often we have a production team of 4-6 team members depending on the size, complexity of design and production and the logistics of the timeline. When we travel for events, we work with a local network to also add on local specialists. We ensure the appropriate size of team coverage for every event we plan and execute… as a team!
